Dr. Jonathan Brown began serving as President of City Gospel Mission in 2023 after 32 years in K-12 education. Before joining City Gospel Mission, Dr. Brown was most recently Director of School Leader, Employee and Labor Relations of Cincinnati Public Schools. Throughout his career he has held several leadership and teaching positions within public school systems in Ohio and Maryland. He has a Doctor of Education from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Education Administration, and Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Dr. Brown is also the Senior Pastor of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. He and his wife are the proud parents of two children. Learn more about Dr. Brown.
Dianna Sheely brings more than 22 years of experience in Children’s, Family, and Women’s Ministry to her role at City Gospel Mission. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. Dianna has served in a variety of ministry leadership roles focused on discipleship, church engagement, and supporting families through seasons of growth and transition. Her ministry experience cultivated a deep commitment to partnering with local churches to care for individuals and families with compassion, structure, and purpose. Dianna joined City Gospel Mission in 2024 as Executive Project Manager, where she partners closely with the President and senior leadership team to advance strategic initiatives, strengthen organizational systems, and support mission-driven work across the organization. Dianna is a member of Groesbeck Methodist Church. She is married to her husband Steve and has three adult children, a son-in-law, and one grandchild.
Barry Baker has over 40 years of experience in leadership and management. After receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he spent 17 years in management with P&G in their Product Supply Division. Barry left P&G to work with Athletes in Action where he held several leadership positions. In 2005, he came on staff with City Gospel Mission as Vice President of Youth Programs. Currently, Barry serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing administration, finance and fundraising for the organization. Barry is also a Pastor at Calvary Alliance Church. He and his wife Terri have four children and four grandchildren.
John Allbrittin joined the City Gospel Mission team in 2014 after retiring from a 28-year career at Procter & Gamble. Since then, he has faithfully led the Whiz Kids Tutoring program, investing in the lives of students by helping them grow in confidence and academic skills. John brings a steady leadership and a heart for service to this role, using his experience to support both his team, volunteers, and the children they serve. He and his wife, Lisa, have two children and are grateful to be part of the City Gospel Mission community.
Daniel Minera is a passionate leader with over 18 years of ministry experience, dedicated to serving the Hispanic community in Cincinnati. Originally from Guatemala, Daniel helped launch our Hispanic Outreach program at City Gospel Mission 14 years ago, and has been instrumental in bridging education, healthcare, church planting, and non-profit work to support those in need. With a deep commitment to discipleship, Daniel’s leadership is at the heart of our Transformational Recovery Program. He is married and has six children.
Kelly Wilson started with City Gospel Mission in 2017 in Development before moving to Human Resources in 2019, where she became the organization’s first dedicated HR staff member. She is a two-time graduate of the University of Cincinnati, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration. Kelly spent much of her career at Procter & Gamble, serving as a leader in Sales and Product Supply and Purchasing. She and her college sweetheart, Ken, have four children and a new daughter-in-law. Kelly loves hospitality and how God uses it to break down barriers and connect people to Himself and to one another. She brings this heart into her work each day, creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and valued.
Abe Woolfolk returned to Cincinnati after a celebrated tour of duty in the U.S. Navy and continued to grow in his faith under the leadership of Faith Christian Center, where he later served faithfully as both a Deacon and an Elder. In 1999, Abe joined JobsPlus, bringing with him a heart for service and a passion for helping others find meaningful work. He began working part-time with City Gospel Mission in 2002, and when JobsPlus officially merged with City Gospel Mission in 2012, Abe’s leadership continued to expand. In 2019, he was named Vice President of JobsPlus, a role in which he continues to make a lasting impact. Abe currently resides in Golf Manor and remains actively involved in the community through youth A.A.U. basketball.
Patty Lusheck Ragio is an accomplished nonprofit executive, fundraiser, and leader with over 20 years of experience advancing education- and youth-focused organizations. Until joining City Gospel Mission in January 2026, she served as Chief Executive Officer of First Tee Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky, where she led mission-driven strategic growth, philanthropic partnerships, and community engagement to expand access to character-building programs and leadership development for young people of all backgrounds and abilities. Patty brings a deep commitment to purpose-driven leadership and a passion for creating opportunities that help individuals and communities thrive. We are honored to have her here on the City Gospel Mission team, advancing hope and transformation across the region.
