ProgramsThe Mission helps mend lives and create a bridge between people of faith and people who have lost hope. Each year the Mission provides nearly 116,000 meals and 28,000 nights of shelter to people in need. A hot, delicious meal served with loving kindness can lead a homeless individual to seek the more in-depth help they need to change. When a homeless and hurting man or woman is ready for the next step in their journey toward health and independence, City Gospel Mission staff and volunteers are there to help. Holistic recovery programs, case management, counseling, and classes are just a few of the many services available to men and women. The Mission also serves more than 12,000 at-risk youth each year through innovative, relationship-based programming. Programs like Whiz Kids tutoring and mentoring give children the education, self-esteem, and positive values they need to succeed in life. Learn more about the many programs we offer:
