Barry Baker, Executive Vice President of Youth Programs

(513) 345-1056Barry Baker has over 27 years of experience in leadership and management. After receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he spent 16 years in management with Procter and Gamble in their Product Supply Division. Barry left P&G to work with Athletes in Action where he had several leadership positions working in the Professional, Collegiate, and International Divisions of AIA. In February 2005, he came on staff with City Gospel Mission where he currently serves as Executive Vice President of Youth Programs and is the Director
of Whiz Kids. |

Sherman Bradley, Vice President

(513) 345-1075A native of Cincinnati, Sherman is a licensed and ordained minister who has served in foreign missions in Africa as well as urban Cincinnati. Sherman is the founder and director of Consider the Poor and City Gospel Development Company. He is a certified trainer of the "Bridges out of Poverty" and "A Framework for Understanding Poverty" workshops. Sherman’s dynamic leadership and passion for changed lives inspires men at City Gospel Mission to live purposefully and with faith.

Lucreta Bowman, Vice President and Director of Having the Courage to Change

(513) 345-1028Lucreta Bowman’s early years were full of pain, abuse, and addiction. She spent time in a mental hospital and state prison. Yet through divine grace and a dedication to healthy lifestyle decisions she was transformed. As the founding director of Having the Courage to Change, Lucreta inspires other women to recover from destructive life-controlling behaviors. Lucreta’s book, Breaking the Cycle of Self-Abuse, is now available for sale with all proceeds going to City Gospel Mission. |

Paul had nine years of experience as Executive Director of a homeless mission before following a passion for development to Cincinnati's City Gospel Mission. Since 2007 he has lead the Development Team to connect God's people with the Mission's needs. Paul and his wife, Monica, have five children and live in Forest Park. |
