A new plan: Achieving goals

Two years into her recovery process, Sue heals daily from a heroin addiction that almost landed her in prison. She has a plan for the first time in her life. Volunteer for an Event

Several times each year City Gospel Mission needs volunteers to help with events or special one-time projects. One-time projects are great for groups and individuals who have busy schedules but still want to make a difference.

Current Needs:

Silent Auction Coordinators – Solicit and collect donated auction items, create bid sheets, and run the fundraising auction at one of our banquets or the golf outing.

Decorations Coordinator – Plan decorations design, assemble and set up decorations for one of our banquets or the golf outing.

Hospitality Volunteers – Welcome and direct banquet guests or interact with golfers as a Hole Attendant.

Christmas Volunteers – Sort gifts, stock shelves, interact with guests, or provide food and drink.

Christmas Donations - New toys ($10-$30 value) and new upper-body clothing ($20-$30 value) are needed for the Christmas Store. Please read our Christmas Store Shopping Guide for more details.
